Sulltani po përgatit shtetin për një luftë të madhe me lëvizjet e tij të zhvillimit dhe nis lëvizjen e naftës që fillon luftërat për shekullin e ri pas lëvizjes së hekurudhave. Sulltani Abdülhamid nuk është në dijeni të stuhive në haremin e tij ndërsa lufton për të mbrojtur Payitahtin.
