Enrique Medrano is a writer and film director, graduated from the prestigious International School of film and Television from San Antonio de los baños(EICTV). Here, he made the specialty in Directing. He also studied Comparative Literature and Drama in the University of Puerto Rico.

As a director and screenwriter he has made several short films, which have been selected in several international film festivals. In July 2012 he won the prize from the Freak Distributor with his "De Lo Que No Hablan los Muertos" at the Notodofilmfest. And his short film "Memoria De La Lluvia" won the Best Short Film Prize at the Hayah Film Festival in Panamá. It has been also selected in several festivals.
